Well, you're in luck!!
I was a Small Business Development Volunteer in Quetzaltenango (Xela). I just found a website from some SBD volunteers who were recently posted in Nebaj, Quiche, which would be a couple of hours away, to the northeast of Xela. Nebaj is in the Ixil Triangle in the northern part of the department of Quiche. I have placed a link to a map of Guatemala here. Quetzaltenango is in the southwest, Nebaj in the centralnorth near Chajul.
Although the places were distinct, the work is much the same. We all were doing income generating projects and general business fundamentals training. My main project was Junior Achievement, but I also worked with entrepreneurs (Internet café, bakery, etc...) and women's groups.
